Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Origin & Delivery Time

Orders ship from Shanghai, China.

We currently offer the following shipping option:

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days (estimated)

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, logistics provider, and customs clearance. In some cases, customs processing may cause delays beyond the estimated timeframe. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Cost

Shipping fees are paid by the customer at checkout. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on order weight, delivery address, and the selected shipping option. The exact cost will be shown at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available). You can use the tracking link/number to monitor the delivery status via the carrier’s website.

We ship internationally. Available shipping destinations may vary, and some regions may be restricted due to logistics limitations. Please check the checkout page for the countries/regions currently supported.

Delivery Issues (Lost / Damaged / Incorrect)

If your package is lost, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@veronecrystal.com within 72 hours of delivery (or as soon as you notice the issue), and include: Your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, shipping label (if available). We will assist in coordinating with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary widely by country, so we are unable to estimate these fees in advance.
