Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@veronecrystal.com with your order number and reason for return. Please note that the return address will be provided in our reply email once your return request is approved.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed defect, damage, or an incorrect item received. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges paid at delivery are also non-refundable, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect, damage, or an incorrect item received. Any duties, customs fees, or import charges incurred when returning an item are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@veronecrystal.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please include clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label (if available).
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on the following items:
- Earrings or pierced jewelry, for hygiene reasons (unless defective, damaged, or incorrect)
- Sale or Final Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom-made, personalized, or special-order items

Please note that our jewelry is primarily crafted from 925 sterling silver with an electroplated finish. Natural fading or wear of plated finishes over time due to normal use, moisture, friction, perfumes, lotions, or other external factors is considered normal wear and tear, and is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, if eligible, and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
